Yes. Travel, work stress, and unpredictable weeks are already baked into how the plan is delivered. You’ll have full app access + coach messaging to adjust your plan in real time. This is what makes it sustainable.

You don’t need one. You’ll get both a minimal-equipment home plan and an optional gym version. All movements are demonstrated on video with clear instructions and substitutions.

This is not generic training or entertainment. It’s bespoke programming + proactive coaching designed around your age, injury history, goals, work/life load, and time capacity. I don’t just write a plan—I work with you to make it sustainable and effective.

You’ll have direct access to me via the TrueCoach app (and WhatsApp if needed). I check in weekly, monitor your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.

Only if you want to. This program focuses on training, mobility, and recovery. If nutrition support is requested, I can provide simple, evidence-based advice tailored to your goals—but no meal plans or fad diets.

Absolutely. In fact, many of my clients transition from rehab into this to stay pain-free long term. I’ll coordinate with your physio if needed to ensure everything aligns.
