Hey! I’m Mark.

My favourite thing is helping Business Professionals develop the stability, strength and fitness they need to move better and live stronger.

My second favourite thing is when people tell me “I didn’t think I could do that!”

What Can I Offer You?

After 30 years of training clients who want to perform their best, I realise the success you want comes from your ability to do two things;

1/ Above all else, be consistent.

2/ Don’t do things that negatively impact your ability to remain consistent.

If that sounds obvious, it is. It’s just not easy. That’s where I come in.



HOW training WORKS:

Initial consult

On our call we’ll spend some time making sure we can create a clear path for your training based around your goals, schedule and expectations.

Get assessed

We start by exploring your potential for movement and finding the patterns you have adopted.

Start training

Once we know how you move we’ll build you a personalised programme to re-educate & restore movement to your body. Training is done in-person (location dependent) or by Zoom every week.
